AI agents

In development

The AI reads your lease list. A tested engine does the numbers.

Upload a lease list in any layout. The AI suggests which column is which and you confirm; a tested engine then calculates every figure. The agent is in development: join the early-access list and we will email you when it opens.

  • AI suggests, you approve
  • Engine does the numbers
  • 3 free runs a month

How it will work

From your lease list to a position you can review

Who does each step is fixed: the AI reads and explains, you decide, and the engine calculates.

  1. You

    01Upload

Your lease list as it is, in any layout: .xlsx or .csv, up to 2 MB and 250 leases. Values only; formulas and macros are never run.

  2. AI

    02Map columns

The AI reads the header row and up to 5 sample rows, with lessor names and descriptions masked, and suggests which column is the start date, term, payment, rate and so on, with a confidence for each. Unclear columns become questions.

  3. You

    03Confirm

You review the mapping and answer the questions. Nothing is calculated until you confirm.

  4. Engine

    04Validate

The same rules as the workbook: required fields, an IBR from 0 to 30%, a term that fits the payment frequency. Problems come back per lease and per field.

  5. Engine

    05Calculate

Schedules, journals, disclosures and the workbook's 17 checks, from the tested IFRS 16 engine. The AI never produces a number.

  6. AI

    06Review memo

Review points on the results: unusual rates, short-term and low-value calls, leases ending soon, large modifications, and what any failed check means. Every figure it quotes is checked against the results.

  7. Paid plans

    07Export

The Excel workbook filled with your leases, with the same 17 checks inside, the month's journals as CSV, and the memo as PDF.

  8. Paid plans

    08Next month

Your confirmed lease register is kept, so next month is a roll-forward: new journals and updated disclosures.

The rule

The AI never produces a number

What the AI does

  • Suggests the column mapping, with a confidence for each column
  • Turns columns it is unsure about into questions for you
  • Writes the review memo on the calculated results

What the engine does

  • Validates every lease and every field
  • Calculates schedules, journals and disclosures
  • Runs the workbook's 17 checks and reports any that fail

A memo that quotes a figure which is not in the calculated results is rejected and written again. The engine is checked against an independent reference engine and against our IFRS 16 workbook, on hand-worked cases and on randomly generated portfolios.

Your data

What the agent keeps, and what the AI sees

The workbooks run on your machine. The agent is different: your lease list is processed on our servers, so this is what happens to it.

Early access

Join the early-access list

One email when early access opens, then a short series of practical IFRS 16 notes. No card, and no date promised: the agent opens when it passes its tests.

Need a schedule today? The free IFRS 16 calculator handles one lease, and the IFRS 16 workbook handles a lease register with modifications, journals and disclosures.

Questions

Questions

When does early access open?

We have not set a date. The agent opens to the early-access list once it passes its tests, and we email the list when it does.

Does it replace the IFRS 16 workbook?

No. The workbook is a one-time purchase that stays on your machine, and it is on sale now. The agent will be sold separately, as a subscription.

Does the AI make accounting judgements?

No. It suggests a column mapping for you to confirm and writes review points on the results. Lease terms, discount rates and other judgements stay yours.

What is not in the pilot?

Lessor accounting, multi-currency portfolios, and more than one remeasuring modification per lease: the same limits as the workbook's first version.
