Hayatiq Licence

1. The licence
When you buy a product, Hayatiq grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use it for the tier you bought, under these terms and the Terms of use. Hayatiq keeps all intellectual property in the products.
2. Tiers

Product limits (for example the number of leases or entities) are stated on each product page and checked in the workbook.
3. Sharing outputs and files for review
Outputs you create with a product are yours. You may give a completed file, with your data in it, to your auditors, reviewers, regulators and the client it was prepared for, so they can review it. That is not redistribution.
4. Google Sheets copies
Where a tier is also offered as a link that makes your own Google Sheets copy, your copy is covered by the same terms as the file. Do not share the copy link or a blank copy; you may share a completed copy for review as in section 3.
5. Not allowed
Reselling, sharing publicly or redistributing a product or a modified copy (including a blank template made from it), sharing your library or sign-in links, and removing or altering the licence details stamped into the file.
6. Updates
When we release an update, it is free within the same major version for as long as we sell that product. Updates are covered by the same licence.
7. When the licence ends
The licence ends if the purchase is refunded or charged back, or if you breach it. You must then stop using the product and delete your copies.
