Refund policy

14 days, any reason

You can ask for a full refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Email support@hayatiq.ai with your order number, or contact Paddle at paddle.net. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method.

Your legal rights

Any legal rights you have under your local consumer law apply in addition to this policy.

Where the law gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, you ask on our product page, before checkout, for immediate access, and you acknowledge that you lose that right once the download is available. The version of that consent is recorded with your order. This refund policy applies regardless.

After a refund

Once a refund is approved, access to the refunded files in your library ends and your licence ends. You must delete any copies.
