Terms of use

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Hayatiq AI Solutions F.Z.E, a Free Zone Establishment with limited liability, registered with the Free Zones Authority of Ajman, trade licence no. 56374, B.C. 1306744, C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, UAE ("Hayatiq", "we", "us"). Contact: support@hayatiq.ai.

2. How you buy: Paddle is the Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You buy each product from Paddle under Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). These terms govern your use of the products and of this site.

3. Accepting these terms

By buying, downloading or using a product, or by using this site, you accept these terms. If you buy for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept them for it. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.

4. What we sell

We sell digital goods only: software tools delivered as files (Excel workbooks, Google Sheets copies, workflow files and skill files). We do not provide services, consulting, reviews of your files or advice of any kind.

5. Delivery

Downloads are available in your library as soon as payment completes, and we email you a link to it.

Where a bundle includes a product that is not yet released, the product page says so and gives its planned release date before checkout. It is added to your library on release.

6. Licence and ownership

Hayatiq owns all intellectual property in the products and this site. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of it. What each tier allows is set out in the Hayatiq Licence at finance.hayatiq.ai/legal/licence. The outputs you create with a product are yours.

7. Acceptable use

You must not: use a product or this site unlawfully or fraudulently; infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property; resell, share publicly or redistribute a product; share your library or sign-in links; or interfere with the security or operation of this site, the library or the download system.

8. A tool, not advice

This is a tool, not tax, accounting or financial advice. Outputs depend on your inputs and judgement. You must review outputs before you rely on them or file anything with an authority, and the judgements (for example lease terms, discount rates, control, fair values and materiality) remain yours.

9. Provided as is

We build and test the products carefully, and every workbook shows its checks. Even so, the products are provided as is. We do not promise that they are error-free, that they will run without interruption on every system, or that they are fit for any particular filing or purpose.

10. Updates

We may release updates. When we do, they are free within the same major version (for example 1.0 to 1.4) for as long as we sell that product. A new major version may be sold separately. We are not obliged to release updates.

11. Refunds

Refunds are described in the Refund policy at finance.hayatiq.ai/legal/refund.

12. Suspension and termination

If you breach these terms, we may suspend or end your access to the library, and your licence ends. Your licence also ends when a purchase is refunded or charged back. When your licence ends you must stop using the product and delete your copies.

13. Liability

As far as the law allows: our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it; and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue or data, for penalties, fines or interest, for the cost of restating or re-filing accounts or returns, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Consumers

If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under that law.

15. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. The courts of Ajman have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to section 14.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; changes do not affect purchases already made.
