Data processing statement

For download products and free tools, Hayatiq is a controller, not a processor, so no data processing agreement is needed: our workbooks run on your computer and our calculators run in your browser, and we do not receive the financial data you enter into them.

The personal data we do process (buyer and signup data) is described in the Privacy notice.

A data processing agreement will be published before any hosted product that processes your data launches.
