1. Who is responsible
Hayatiq AI Solutions F.Z.E, a Free Zone Establishment with limited liability, registered with the Free Zones Authority of Ajman, trade licence no. 56374, B.C. 1306744, C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, UAE ("Hayatiq", "we", "us") is the controller of the personal data described here. 2. What we collect, why, and for how long

The free calculators run in your browser and the numbers you type are not sent to us. The workbooks run on your computer: we never receive the financial data you enter into them.
3. Paddle
Paddle receives your order and payment data as Merchant of Record and handles it as a separate controller under its own privacy notice (paddle.com/legal/privacy). We never see your card details.
4. Who processes data for us
Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage, EU region), Resend (email delivery, United States) and Vercel (hosting and cookie-free page analytics, United States). Each processes personal data only on our instructions.
5. International transfers
Some processors handle data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires a safeguard for such a transfer, we rely on the processor's data processing terms, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK addendum to them.
6. Cookies and browser storage
We use only strictly necessary cookies: the library sign-in cookies, and the cookies Paddle sets when you open checkout. Our page analytics set no cookies. The IFRS 16 calculator remembers that you unlocked the CSV download in your browser's local storage; you can clear it at any time. We use no advertising cookies.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Files are kept in private storage and delivered through short-lived signed links. The database restricts each buyer to their own records, and access to our systems is limited and protected.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use (including objecting to marketing at any time), and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect earlier processing. Write to support@hayatiq.ai; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
9. Children
This site and our products are for business users and are not directed at anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the current version.
